709案的律師向天津市河西檢察院遞交法律監督申請書

涉嫌“煽動顛覆國家政權”的“709案”當事人李和平、王宇、包龍軍、謝遠東的四位律師，於1月4日和當事人的家人一起向天津市河西檢察院遞交了《法律監督申請書》，並到天津市河西公安分局遞交了《法律意見書》。律師指出公安機關的程序嚴重違法，要求立即撤銷案件、釋放秘密羈押的全部律師和公民，並要求檢察院予以監督。
