联合国高级专员必须坚持原则性和连贯性来应对中国的人权危机

在米歇尔·巴切莱特（Michelle Bachelet）即将访华之际，中国人权与全球 59 个人权非政府组织一起呼吁其改进其办公室应对中国侵犯人权行为的措施。非政府组织的要求包括：发布拖延已久的人权高专办关于新疆的报告，确保其访问的独立性，并确保其与被任意拘留的人权捍卫者进行安全、保密且不受监督的会面，以评估他们的身心状况。
