709案的律师向天津市河西检察院递交法律监督申请书

涉嫌“煽动颠覆国家政权”的“709案”当事人李和平、王宇、包龙军、谢远东的四位律师，于1月4日和当事人的家人一起向天津市河西检察院递交了《法律监督申请书》，并到天津市河西公安分局递交了《法律意见书》。律师指出公安机关的程序严重违法，要求立即撤销案件、释放秘密羁押的全部律师和公民，并要求检察院予以监督。
