重庆市高级人民法院对张起上诉案的刑事裁定书
【张起】 5月15日，被当局以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”判刑4年的泛蓝联盟负责人张起从重庆渝州监狱刑满获释。张起于2008年5月16日被刑事拘留，同年6月20日被逮捕，次年7月被判刑。张起提起上诉，但上诉被驳回。
