【中油集团抚顺石化公司公安干警侵权案】因向企业纪委实名举报中油集团抚顺石化分公司某车间主任聂思智的贪污行为，1996年张恒银被企业公安干警拘留并被刑讯逼供致残。十五年来张恒银要求追究涉案干警的刑事责任，但未有任何结果。
