消息来源告诉中国人权，浙江拆迁户上访人士梁丽婉已於北京时间10月8日上午11点获释。梁丽婉从2009年9月23日开始被警方拘押。据悉，在被拘押期间，她虽未遭殴打，却受到威胁。
